Submitting an inquiry or tour request through our forms does not guarantee enrollment or availability. Enrollment is confirmed separately in writing by our center director and is subject to a separate enrollment agreement. Program details, schedules, and pricing may change without notice.

By providing your mobile number and checking the SMS opt-in box on our forms, you agree to the following SMS terms:

• You consent to receive SMS/MMS text messages from Back 2 Basics Preschool at the mobile number you provided.
• Message frequency varies (typically no more than 4–8 messages per month).
• Msg & data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan.
• Reply STOP to any message to opt out of future messages. Reply HELP for support.
• You confirm that you are the owner or authorized user of the mobile number provided, and that you are at least 18 years of age.
• Consent to receive messages is not a condition of any purchase or enrollment.
